Parking
Garage parking is accessible via 7th Street next to Core Power Yoga. Visitor parking is available to both guests of Spire Midtown residents and guests of the Shops at Spire. The first hour of parking is free with validation (ask in the retail shop you are visiting), and subsequent hours of parking are available at reasonable rates (payment via cash or credit card). Nearby street parking is available on 7th, West Peachtree, and Juniper streets, among others.
MARTA
Spire Midtown is conveniently located two blocks from Marta’s Midtown Station – providing access to additional Atlanta shopping, entertainment, business centers and Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. From Midtown Station walk east to Peachtree Street, walk south on Peachtree Street and Spire Midtown is on your right.
Lobby Access
Spire Midtown’s main entrance is located on Peachtree Street. Stairwells from parking deck lead visitors to the 7th Street promenade. An additional stairwell located in the parking deck towards the east (front) end of the building offers direct access to the lobby during daytime hours. Please use the callbox to contact the concierge desk for access.
Deliveries
All delivery personnel are asked to enter via the main entrance and check-in with the concierge staff who can assist with instructions on accessing the loading dock (located at the rear of the building) if necessary.
